Micah Warren, Lead Pastor

Micah Warren has served in full-time pastoral ministry since 2002, with experience in roles including Assistant Pastor, Associate Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Interim Pastor. In 2009, he joined the staff of Faith Baptist Church, where he has served through seasons of growth, transition, and organizational development, helping guide the church with clarity and stability. Over the years, he has been entrusted with increasing leadership responsibility, providing leadership in preaching, staff development, and overall church direction.

Originally from North Carolina, Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Theology from Berean Baptist College and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University and Seminary. His ministry reflects a deep commitment to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture, the centrality of the local church, and the faithful preaching of the gospel, with a desire to shepherd people well and lead with clarity, care, and steadiness through every season.

Micah and his wife, Amber, have been married since 2002 and are grateful to be raising their two sons, Cole and Ethan.

Chad Houghton, Family Pastor

Chad Houghton is privileged to have grown up in a Christian home. Additionally, he is able to call his father and grandfather a minister of the gospel. He is the youngest of his parents', Steve and Joyce, three children. Although his father and grandfather were both in ministry, Chad had no desire to follow in their footsteps. God had other plans!

With his dad as a full-time pastor to deaf people, Chad knew what it was to be around church and ministry life. However, it was not until the age of 17 that he placed his faith in Jesus Christ. Just one month later, God called him to preach!

He then went on to Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida to prepare for the ministry. It was while studying there that he met his beautiful wife, Christina. Chad and Christina were married in 2001. They have two children, Morgan and Mason. Since then, Pastor Chad has acquired a Master of Arts in Bible from Trinity Baptist College.

Chad has been serving in youth ministry since 2000, and has been serving at Faith Baptist Church since 2011. Pastor Chad is excited for what God is doing, and what He continues to do!
